Monitor and manage our local stream outside the school (as best we can, considering it is in fact an erosion zone)

1. Educate learners about the science of climate change and make a solar cooker
2. Use this solar cooker at least three times in the year especially for Heritage Day celebrations
3. In addition to solar cooking, set up a rain gauge to monitor rainfall and incorporate data collected in school Math lessons
