These resources are designed to provide tools to process information about climate change in a way that is healthy and supportive. Climate Change is a complex and often distressing topic that requires regular reflection and unpacking in order to not become overwhelming. We want to inspire climate action, not climate anxiety. Using tools such as meditation, mindfulness and reflection, as included in these resources, can help navigate your feelings and regulate any anxious thoughts.
