Activity Introduction

Use this interactive lesson to explore the concept of catchments and human impact on river health, water quality and flow. The lesson includes a practical experiment (best done outside) and discussion points for engaging learners.

Resources Required: Printed Learner Worksheets, Experiment materials (Plastic containers, a small bowl, different types of soil, wood chips, leaves, rocks, water, blocks of varying sizes)
