English HL Climate Action Oral – Grade 11 Term 3

Activity Introduction

This assessment provides the opportunity for learners to practice their research skills, planning and organisation of content, tone, speaking, and presentation skills, critical awareness of language usage, choice, design and use of audio, and audio-visual aids through a curriculum enrichment topic.

Grade: 11

Resources Required: Learners will need to bring a visual aid, cue cards and a copy of their speech on the due date. Rubrics for each learner are supplied and will need to be printed beforehand.
