Activity Introduction

This prepared reading assessment features passages about domestic animals and their impact on biodiversity. Read the passages with learners and encourage them to think about the concept of Biodiversity and the differences that we see in animals.

Grade: 5

Resources Required: Assessment Printouts with Rubrics for each learner (downloadable below)

Key Concepts & Skills: Reading and understanding, providing feedback after listening

Extra Notes: Print one copy of the first page of the Assessment for your own records and then exclude this page when printing the Assessment for each of your learners.
