Resources Required: Assessment Printouts for each learner (downloadable below) • Learner Text Book and Teacher Guide • Atlas • World maps to show annual rainfall and summer and winter temperatures • Graphs with monthly temperature and rainfall data • Photographs of vegetation types • Photographs of people in their environments

Key Concepts & Skills: • Reading graphs • Tackling real issues and find solutions • Understand the interaction between society and the natural environment • Care about their environment and the well-being of all who live there • Work with a range of sources • Communicate ideas and information. • Interpretation of data and drawing conclusions
