Activity Introduction

This project consists of designing and making a poster on safety precautions for electricity in your home and then alternative electricity sources such as renewable electricity resources.

Grade: 5

Resources Required: Assessments with Rubrics printed for each learner (downloadable below)

Key Concepts & Skills: • Reading and summarising, • Drawing and writing, • Planning and designing, • Making and constructing, • Communicating, reading with comprehension, presenting and explaining work

Extra Notes: Print just one copy of the first page of Assessment for your own records and then exclude this page when printing for your learners
