Pollinator Dating Game – Grade 8-11

Activity Introduction

Learners will conduct a fun “dating” show/app simulation, attempting to match the correct pollinators to their flowers.

Grade: 8 - 11

Prior Knowledge: A basic understanding of pollination.

Resources Required: Pollinator/flower profile cards printed out (see Lesson Plan downloadable below)

Assessment Task (If Applicable): No

Duration: 1 hour

Level of teacher facilitation: Low - Moderate
