Activity Introduction

This activity involves an experiment exploring the properties of saltwater compared to freshwater by testing what objects float and sink, in both fresh and salt water.

Grade: R-7

Resources Required: Clear container of saltwater, clear container of freshwater, a variety of objects to test (any object you don’t mind getting wet)

Duration: 30 minutes
