Water Friendly Restaurant – Grade 7 to 9

Activity Introduction

The learners will design and make their own environmentally friendly restaurant menus using water footprints of ingredients as a guide. They will be required to work out the water cost of an item and it will impact their menu design.

Grade: 7 - 9

Resources Required: Worksheets, calculators, cardboard & art supplies
