Two Oceans Aquarium Foundation | Ocean Campus.

Established by the Two Oceans Aquarium in 2018, the Foundation is a registered non-profit and public benefit organisation. The Foundation is dedicated to informing and inspiring all to connect with and protect our ocean and the natural world through conservation, awareness, research, and education.

The Two Oceans Aquarium Foundation offers quality, curriculum-aligned marine education programmes and adult ocean sustainability programmes. Its conservation work contributes to the preservation of five of the seven marine sea turtle species, collaborates on marine animal welfare programmes, and conducts collaborative research projects with major tertiary institutions and conservation organisations. Other than the Aquarium itself; our education facilities house two engaging marine themed classrooms equipped with modern technologies, mini exhibits, and space for interactive learning. While schools are encouraged to visit us, there is also a team of outreach educators who are also available to visit schools and provide engaging lessons for those who would not to normally be able to do so.

One of the primary functions of the Two Oceans Aquarium Foundation is to positively impact young, hungry minds to create forward-thinking ocean warriors. This is made possible through exciting, interactive, and unique learning opportunities – much like the Ocean Campus courses provided by our Foundation. The Two Oceans Aquarium Foundation delivers seamless, world-class, experiential, and curriculum-aligned ocean and environmental science education from early childhood to adulthood. Since its establishment, these courses have impacted over 1 million learners, and have played an integral role in the development of many marine biologists, scientists, oceanographers, and more! From learning new ways to live smarter to being introduced to marine sciences and kick-starting your career in oceanography – these ocean-themed courses are sure to fulfil your hunger for knowledge.
