Springdale Primary Dives into Discovery at Two Oceans Aquarium

A week after International Whale Shark Day, the Grade 6 learners visited the Two Oceans Aquarium for a day of discovery. They touched fascinating marine creatures like starfish and sea urchins, watched stingrays being fed, and explored colourful fish displays, the predator tank, and playful penguins. “It was an exciting mix of fun and hands-on learning to deepen students’ understanding and appreciation of marine life and ocean ecosystems” (Ms. Wolhuter).
