Happy World Environment Day 2024!!

Every year, World Environment Day is observed to raise awareness about climate change, global warming, deforestation and loss of biodiversity.

As South Africans we are very blessed with a country that is one of the most biodiverse in the world. Sadly, this biodiversity is largely threatened by a number of factors including habitat loss and degradation.

This year the theme for World Environment Day is Our Land, Our Future with a call to restore land and combat drought and desertification. In celebration of this day let’s join #GenerationRestoration and get back in touch with the generations before us who lived in harmony and sustainably with the land. The generations that truly understood the need to look after the environment for our planet and its people.
