World Animal Day 2018

World Animal Day is celebrated globally on 4 October and this year CTEET staff members celebrated this day by sharing their best photos of animals and wildlife encountered while they are working in conservation.

CTEET employs over 150 people, many of whom are part of accredited learnerships and graduate internships. They are placed at nature reserves around Cape Town for the duration of the programme, or on our Nature Care Fund projects. Even in this urban conservation setting, they encounter an amazing array of wildlife on their reserves. Here are some of our favourite photos from #WorldAnimalDay shared by our staff:
